Brooke has a passion for guiding clients through the estate process – whether they are creating an estate plan, administering a loved one’s estate, or facing an estate dispute that requires litigation. She strives to approach her work with empathy, recognizing that these matters often involve deeply personal and emotional decisions.
Through her prior experience litigating estate and trust disputes including contests and fiduciary misconduct claims, Brooke has developed a strategic perspective that informs both her litigation and planning work. She draws on this background to draft estate plans that help minimize the risk of future conflict and to navigate complex family and financial dynamics when litigation becomes necessary.
Brooke attended Clemson University where she graduated with a major in marketing and a minor in political science. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School and is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She is in the process of obtaining her license to practice in North Carolina.
Outside of the office, Brooke enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, singing and theater.
