PARALEGAL

Our North Carolina Estate Planning and Elder Law attorneys are committed to honoring the life, work, and charity of every individual.

Gwen Parrish

Gwen understands the stress of not having answers at a time of family crisis and grief after the sudden loss of a loved one. She has experienced the anguish of assisting a parent with Alzheimer’s and the unexpected death of a sibling. Although she has over 25 years of experience in elder law planning and estate administration, it is her sympathetic heart that clients often appreciate most. She’s been there, and she knows how to guide you through.

“I want clients to feel like I am here to watch out for them through the legal maze,” she notes. “As though I was an extension of their family. I don’t want them to feel like I’m just here to do a job and nothing more.”

A graduate of Eastern Florida State College and the American Institute of Paralegal Studies, Gwen has guided numerous clients through challenges in long-term care planning, guardianships, estate administration, real estate law, and estate planning over the years.

As the mother of five—including twins—her time away from the office is largely devoted to cheering on the sidelines at her children’s sporting events. She also loves to travel and follow true crime stories in books and on TV.
