Hunter practices law because it provides the opportunity to build personal, lasting relationships with clients. On the estate planning side, he enjoys being able to hear the stories of how clients have gone through their life’s journey. Hunter enjoys being part of that journey throughout, as clients often return following changes in their lives. Helping them secure the fruits of that journey for their future generations to enjoy is something Hunter takes seriously. On the estate administration side, Hunter takes pride in being able to help shoulder the burden of dealing with the legal system that a client may be feeling during the stressful time following the loss of a loved one. The feeling of helping someone drives Hunter.

Just as everyone’s story is different, everyone’s case is different. Each family or client may need something slightly different depending on their situation or where they are in life. Hunter recognizes that each person’s case is one of the most important things on their plate at that time, and approaches each client’s situation with that mindset.

Hunter is warm, knowledgeable, and attentive, and wants people to feel at ease when they contact him. He wants them to feel that they’ve chosen a knowledgeable, understanding, and professional person to handle their important, unique objectives; Hunter tries to bring an enthusiastic, warm, attentive attitude to each client and their situation.

Originally from North Carolina, Hunter earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of South Carolina with honors from the South Carolina Honors College in Sport and Entertainment Management before completing his J.D. at the University of South Carolina School of Law. When not in the office, Hunter enjoys exercising, enjoying the outdoors, exploring Raleigh, and cheering on his favorite teams.
